RETURN & REFUND POLICY


All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all wig sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage all customers to review product details carefully prior to purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, email [support@jahluxecollection.com] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a resolution in the form of:

  • A replacement,
  • Store credit, or
  • A refund (issued at our discretion).


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, altered, or styled
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.

 

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be investigated thoroughly. Orders associated with fraudulent disputes may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.
